Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan Guarantee The Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan Guarantee is a financial assurance provided by the TTA to customers of TTA Members. This Guarantee is issued to the customer by the TTA Member on behalf of the TTA. Its purpose is to offer financial protection to customers if the Member's Trust Account lacks sufficient funds due to fraud, theft, or dishonesty committed by the TTA Member

Trust Account
Each TTA Member maintains a Trust Account, into which all funds received from customers are promptly deposited. This Trust Account is overseen by an independent Trustee, typically a banker, chartered or certified accountant, or solicitor. Both the TTA Members and the Trustee are responsible for authorizing any withdrawals from the Trust Account. As the Trust Account is managed by TTA Trustees (UK) Ltd, their role is to ensure the proper administration of the Trust Account by upholding the Trust Deed Document and TTA Code of Conduct.
